Dorit Kemsley Calls Kathy Hilton “Shrewd,” Insinuates That The “Clueless Act” is Fake

While this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills may have opened with Kathy Hilton talking Dorit Kemsley off a ledge over her troubles with estranged husband PK, Hilton gets no brownie points with Kemsley.

On a recent episode of the #RHOBH After Show, Dorit Kemsley, alongside Bozoma Saint John, discussed Kathy’s runway moment at Sutton’s fashion show.

Kathy was seen greeting guests as the fashion show began, standing in front of the runway and being brushed to the side by the first model on the runway. She even went as far as to ask Sutton Stracke, the fashion show runner, if she’d like nemesis Dorit Kemsley to announce the models. Kathy created lots of buzz, with fans calling the moment legendary and iconic.

Now, Dorit is alluding to a belief that Kathy’s clueless act is not real. “She’s very shrewd; she’s very clever,” Dorit noted on the After Show. “So you think she did that on purpose?”, asked Bozoma Saint John. “I just think, overall, Kathy is not an oblivious person. Not at all,” Kemsley responded.

There’s no denying that Kathy’s clueless antics have led her to stardom in the Bravosphere, coining iconic phrases like “Who is Hunky Dory?,” but some of the other ladies might have other opinions.

This begs the question, is Kathy faking it for the cameras, or is she actually that clueless? Or, maybe it’s a mix of both? Regardless, there’s no denying Kathy keeps the people talking and keeps things moving.
