It’s no secret that the Real Housewives of Orange County is officially filming their highly-anticipated 19th season. While filming has been tense so far, things may have reached a tipping point as the ladies are currently filming a full-cast trip to New Orleans. Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, Katie Ginella, & Gretchen Rossi are all present on the trip.
Tamra Judge is sending shockwaves through New Orleans, taking to Instagram to share that she’s departing. “Peace out!”, the post reads. She continues: “It was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality sh** doesn’t make sense. I’m out!”
These comments come as Tamra’s dear friend, Teddi Mellencamp, is suffering from brain cancer. Teddi recently underwent emergency surgery and will need continuous treatment for tumors that were not able to be removed.
It is no surprise that Tamra is under a lot of stress. If her dear friend battling cancer wasn’t enough, Bravo producers have officially brought back Tamra’s arch nemesis, Gretchen Rossi, for the new season. Rossi used to be friends with Emily Simpson years ago, then the two lost touch. Gretchen is known to be no fan of Judge, even going as far as to speculate as to whether or not Judge’s husband, Eddie, was gay. On top of all this, Judge revealed a few short months ago that she was on the autism spectrum and in therapy. No matter what happens next, it will be interesting to see how all of this unfolds.

UPDATE (March 10): Now, Andy Cohen is speaking out for the first time since Tamra’s abrupt posts. The head honcho at Bravo revealed on his radio show, Radio Andy, that Tamra deserves some grace as she deals with the fallout of her best friend, Teddi Mellencamp’s, health scare.
Andy continued, that while he’d been briefed on what went down last night in New Orleans, he couldn’t say much due to season 19 of #RHOC being in active production.

UPDATE (March 13): Now, Tamra is giving us a devastating update on her health. She revealed on a recent episode of “Two T’s in a Pod” with Dolores Catania that she is extremely depressed.
“I think I just hit a wall. I feel like I’m in full depressed mode. There’s just so much going on in my life,” she went on, adding that therapy “breaks you down to your lowest point.”
“That’s why I don’t do therapy,” Dolores Catania replied.

She is such a drama queen. She loves the spotlight there is no way she is leaving. And once again, she cannot deal with Gretchen because she knows that Gretchen is nicer and more beautiful than she will ever be. Gretchen has a kind heart, and I am wondering if Tamara ever had one to begin with. Tamara is such an angry person, can’t hide that ever.

Yes I agree love Gretchen. She was my favorite and Tamra treated her so bad on the show. Would get her Wasted to make fun of her. Said their friends and her and Vickie would do really mean things to her. Taunted her over and over
I can only hope she’s leaving and for good. She hasn’t had a storyline in years other than making others miserable. And honestly I watch these shows to see the purses, cars, trips, clothes and female fun. Tamara doesn’t have good purses, she dresses trashy, she ruins every trip, an atv is not the kind of car I’m interested in 😉 and honestly she’s just trashy, always has been…. And the shrieking 🤢

Awww Tamra’s not that bad. To clarify, Teddie Mellencamp does not have “brain cancer”. The tumors are cancerous yes, but they are melanoma metastases and Teddie said she also has a few metastases in her lung(s). The proper term is metastatic melanoma and it’s a very serious diagnosis. I’m sure Tamra is very upset, and Gretchen is not perfect. I can easily see how Tamra would be over the petty housewives fighting.
One can only hope that she really leaves! She is a malignant sociopath and the autistic diagnosis it’s just an excuse for her toxic behaviour!

My guess is the Rossi was getting too much airtime and Tamra got jealous. So she decided to create her own storyline, possibly using Teddi Melencamp illness as her scapegoat for her bad behavior
Tamra is messy and a mean girl for no reason whatsoever. I don’t see how Eddie does it and Gretchen outshines her on any given day. I am so glad she is returning. Now let’s see how jealous the rest of the cast is because she can honestly outshine all of them #teamgretchen

Tamara is a narcissist. She hasn’t had a storyline for years and even years ago it was trashy. She hasn’t always been trashy, a mean person w a black heart. She uses people and dumps them when she finds someone else. If she is truly using TM illness to get attention then hopefully karma will get her. And about Gretchen – is she perfect nope but she never tried to get a younger woman “naked wasted” to trash her reputation…. Oh ya that was Tamara and her black heart. Good riddance, never wanted her back!
